
Tanya Ford
Consultant
Tanya completed her law degree in 2009, whilst studying part time and working in the travel marketing industry. She was admitted as an attorney in 2014 and started her law practice in 2016.
Tanya works very closely with psychologists and social workers on complex family matters and is passionate about educating young mothers and fathers about parenting and parenting plans, through the various platforms and organisations.
She has further experience in children’s restorative justice matters, administration of deceased estates, delictual law, property law, residential evictions and lease disputes, consumer law, Wills and debt collecting and general litigation.
She has a special interest in medical negligence, International family law, property law, Cannabis law, Curatorship, the Consumer Protection Act and the National Credit Act, Wills and commercial law.
Tanya volunteers and does pro bono work for various charities as and when they need assistance and has recently enrolled with Siyabonga Care Village on the West Coast to assist in family law matters.
She is working towards completing her conveyancing and notarial qualifications.
