Albert Mouton obtained his BA Law and LLB Law Degrees at the University of Pretoria. He completed his articles of clerkship at a Pretoria Law firm offering an array of legal services, he then went on to work as a professional assistant at another Pretoria law firm, personally attending to many commercial and civil matters. Albert subsequently had the opportunity to shadow Senior Counsel at the Pretoria Bar, specialising in Road Accident Fund litigation.

After returning from a year of teaching English in South Korea, he worked for a reputable consultancy offering Employment Law Services to clients in a multitude of employment sectors. Albert joined Thomson Wilks Inc in 2020 as an Associate Attorney; having recently obtained his Certificate in Advanced Labour Law at the University of Pretoria.
