Benjamin was admitted as an attorney in 1999. Benjamin is a commercial attorney with experience in commercial and general litigation. He has a special interest in technology and contract law and is experienced in the negotiation, drafting and review of a wide variety of specialist contracts in the fields of information technology, aviation, engineering and telecommunication.

Benjamin has advised on and has prepared agreements relating to a number of largescale wide-area network implementation projects both nationally and internationally. These include the drafting of a Master Service agreement for the roll-out of a wide area satellite network extending into the African Continent and Europe using existing infrastructure and satellite connectivity.

He also served as a legal consultant in the Middle East where he provided legal consulting services in connection with engineering agreements for the construction of gas extraction platforms in the Persian gulf, amongst others. On the information technology front, Benjamin advised on and prepared software acquisition, customisation, implementation, support and licensing agreements.

He has prepared agreements for the acquisition, installation and maintenance of hardware components relative to wireless broadband networks as well as maintenance agreements for mobile networks in the vehicle tracking industry. Benjamin is a keen aviation enthusiast and his experience in the aviation industry extends to furnishing advice on and preparation of aircraft import and sale agreements, aircraft lease agreements, aircraft interchange agreements and aircraft maintenance agreements.
