Bontle Litheko has 10 years post admission experience as an attorney of the High Court.  She did her articles at Smit Sewgoolam where she was heavily involved in their Corporate Law and Litigation Department (High Court matters).

Bontle then moved on to work in the corporate sector where she gained extensive experience as in-house legal in the Telecommunication, Insurance, and Corporate Finance Sectors.

She has handled large sales, mergers and acquisition transactions and where she acted as the lead negotiator. She also successfully defended High Court litigation matters to the tune of R70 million.

Bontle has extensive experience in Corporate Governance and regularly assists with board structing and advice.

With a passion for Labour Law, Bontle has successfully implemented Section 189A LRA dismissals.

Her experience as an executive director in the Telecoms Industry has given her a rounded understanding of the needs of a business, she therefore offers legal solutions that are holistic to the sustainability, growth and overall success of a company.
