Moroke is an admitted attorney of the High court of South Africa. He has more than 15 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law gained from his previous roles as an attorney in private practice and in-house counsel at one of South Africa’s top corporate entities. His experience gained from both corporate and private practice enables him to provide practical, business focused solutions to clients.

Moroke served as a non-executive director and board member of the Corporate Counsel Association of South Africa (CCASA) for 5 years. In collaboration with the Law Society of South Africa’s Legal Education And Development programme (LEAD), he has been been instrumental in assisting legal entrepreneurs to position their firms as successful businesses through practice management training workshops organized by LEAD.
