Samantha Levinsohn is a consultant in the corporate and commercial team with 15 years’ post-admission experience. She advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and complex commercial matters, working with private equity investors, listed and unlisted companies, and owner-managed businesses on strategic transactions and ongoing corporate advisory engagements.
